Disliked: Poor breakfast options, parking was a nightmare, you can hear everything in the rooms on the same floor.

Liked: Last minute booking when flight was cancelled. 10 minutes from the airport by taxi, super lovely staff when I needed to order food and find solutions for things. Definitely not what I would consider 4 star. Room was large, but carpets had stains, no tea or coffee facilities, climate control wasn't working, and bathroom had an odd smell. Gave me a room for the night and a place to shower but not much by way of restaurant or bar on Sunday night at 22:30 as both were closed. Staff on the desk in the morning were helpful, but not great at being personable.
