Liked: The room was quite big and included everything. From a big TV screen to a small refrigerator. I particularly liked the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was also served in a good quality. Not to forget about the personal, they were all very kind.
Disliked: The location of the hotel was not ideal at all for me. I am the person that likes using the metro but in this case the next metro station was located about half an hour on foot away from the hotel. At least there was a tram station outside of the hotel to take you to the city center. However, the tram was always full and not very easy to find a place to sit down.

Liked: Every area is very clean. The staff is always ready to help with anything, theyre very kind and proffessional!
Disliked: Only one thing is that the breakfast is reather on a 3 star level. It was okay, there are savoury and sweet things as well, but it was the same every morning and not very varied.

Liked: The room was really spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and many storage places. Breakfast was almost excellent, with many options and fresh dishes except for juices. There should be another coffee machine, though, because there were large quews. The staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: It was quite a distance from the city center but there was a tram passing just in front of the hotel
