Liked: We arrived when it was raining and were left outside for quite a while and got drenched. However Marsha made up for it with her services. She was extremely helpful and efficient.

Liked: Very good location and right next to tram station that will take you to the city centre. Staff were good too.
Disliked: Rooms were not the cleanest and even after requesting a quiet room, we could hear the sound of water running in the next room. The restaurant in the hotel had very limited option and was expensive. Breakfast was very expensive and is not value for money.

Liked: Very comfortable beds, very delicious and diverse breakfast, good restaurant for dinner, helpful & friendly staff (all of them), the tramstop is right in front of the hotel and it takes u to the center directly
Disliked: Walls are thin like in most hotels , a bit far from the center (30 min by tram) but the value-price is amazing and it totally worth it

Superb

Liked: The cost benefit is very good with this property and easy to take the bus and trams system of the city to every place in milano. It`s also close to the san siro stadium which could be reached by a quick uber/taxi.
