Liked: The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to all amenities, making it very convenient for exploring. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the bathroom even had a bathtub, which was a huge bonus for me. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide and varied selection to suit all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!Also, the hotel has a small courtyard garden, the rooms with the balconies overlook this. When we stay again we will definitely opt for a room with a balcony, so pretty.
Disliked: At 5am the fire alarms went off, we were all evacuated, there was no management on site, none of the guests knew what was going on. we all stood outside in the cold for nearly two hours.

Disliked: There is no reception, hard to get in contact with anybody. But then again, when you figure out how it all works, it us fine. Many stairs up and down. Not at all comfortable with luggage. Be ready to "schlep" a lot.

Disliked: On our second day at the hotel we were without running water for almost 12 hours. We could not shower in the morning, or flush the toilet. We went to a local shop to use their bathroom! We asked for compensation, emailed the manager numerous times, but never heard back from management.Checking in takes place in a neighbouring hotel, which worked out fine. But when there is an issue, having a clerk/service in the hotel itself would be far more valuable.
