very satisfying

Liked: the young man at the reception was very helpfull, at my request he changed my room to a bigger one on a higher floor
Disliked: rooms with windows facing the main busy street do not have air conditioning, which can be a problem in the summer months

Liked: The receptionists give an impression like we were not welcome there and seemed to be bothered every time we would need anything from check in all the way to check out. All the time they seemed very uninterested and visibly annoyed that they have to stop scrolling on their phones.Breakfast was good and the lady there took good care averything was restocked fresh and quick.

Liked: Room and personel was ok.
Disliked: Food is not a 4 stars. 1:30 before end of breakfast was almost not food to choose.

Very satisfied

Liked: I liked pretty much everything. The location is excellent, everything you need is just withing 2 minutes walk, and its located right to the metro station. The room where I was staying was clean, spacious and cosy. The breakfast was on a decent level too, everything from eggs to different kind of pastries.
