CAMINO REAL IS NOT LONGER...

Liked: Camino Real hotels are very disappointing. I have experienced a couple of them and I can tell that management and maintenance is very poor. We were very disappointed with the lack of updates. the hotel is old and very low maintained. We expected a world class hotel considering that is located in a beautiful Mexican "Hacienda". However, the beds, the liens, the furniture, everything is obsolete, old and with little maintenance.
Disliked: Personnel were not very friendly. At our arrival, no-one helped us with the luggage. Valet parking is very difficult to connect with. on/off is a waist of time waiting for someone to help. Breakfast is prepared poorly. The restaurant is amazing because the "hacienda" is beautiful, but the ingredients, food temperature, taste, terrible. The next day, we went to the shopping center in front of the property to find better food, which by the way we found very attractive options for the rest of our trip.
