Very nice hotel, comfortable and...

Liked: I loved the facilities, it makes you feel in a very nice Mexican Hacienda, it is very spacious and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, although not queen size. Great location! across the street from Showcenter Complex.
Disliked: The price I booked was not the same they charged, they charged me more. I asked the manager to review it and she said Booking.com made a mistake and I had to pay what they were charging me.

Newer and better options.

Liked: The location is fine. The hotel rooms are dark. We stayed over new years. The bar was closed on NYE afternoon/evening. The hotel had a party that night but if not going to the party you couldn’t get a drink at 5pm. It was impossible to get coffee pods for the room coffee maker. 3 trips to the front desk, the maid cart and finally husband had to go to the restaurant and beg to buy 2. Won’t stay here again. There are newer and better options.
Disliked: There is no place to have a drink in hotel. The bar hours are non existent. You can’t buy bottled water. Must cross street to buy and have in room. The room is super dark and needs brighter light bulbs. Feels like you are entering a cave.

Liked: Staff is always great and helpful.
Disliked: Facilities are getting dated. Needs a little renovation (rooms, carpets). Bones of the building are wonderful.
