Liked: Location, Restaurant and decorative and relaxing atmosphere
Disliked: Front desk service first time was helpful and understanding.Checkout Service was so horrible i told them this is the last time i stay here after being a customer of 6 years.Morning manager had a chip on her shoulder because i had used booking.com and because she apparently lost out on 120+ because of the check-in the night before.I had stayed HQI for many many years to take my trips down south... i love the hotel and the food... but the manager of that morning changed my view of staying there.Normally on their website its 200 some for park and fly kind of package for up to so many days.... i ended up paying the same thing they ask for so what was the big deal in the end for the morning manager... ill never know but one thing for sure is with this manager if you use booking.com dont expect much respect from them.

Liked: Love the pool and garden! Felt like we weee down south!
Disliked: My only suggestion would be to number the rooms from the interior on the grounds floor as a few times I saw people come up to my patio door thinking it was their room and I also did the same once.

Liked: I liked having an interior balcony, This made it enjoyable in the evenings while the kids slept.I found the pool to be over chlorinated. At night the water looked like milk. The food in the restaurant was just ok. Breakfast was good dinner overpriced. There was not nearly enough vegetarian options on the menu.My microwave was not cleaned and was full of food remnants when we checked in.
