Very bad place

Liked: Smells like weed and urime. Room was suppose to be Non smoking, but was heavy smoking room. Staff never picks up the phone.

You can’t beat the location...

Liked: From the moment I checked in at reception, the staff was very kind and helpful. It’s a great place to set up home base while exploring the beautiful city.

The place is more like...

Liked: Nothing....after walking the flight of stairs, I entered in a dingy area. It was not very clean. The person at the desk was not very friendly. The couches were old and decrepit. It was dark. The lobby desk looked like an old bar of a residential home.
Disliked: All of the above. Couldn't even think were the rooms were like.I have used booking.com for years. I have always trusted your selection of hotels. I never had to second guess. I am very disappointed. Hope you take this place off your app, so no one else selects this place. I tried contacting the place for over an hour and a half while traveling to the hotel. Just a recording... no one to talk to.
