I loved everything about it...

Liked: Great location, central to everything. The staff was welcoming
Disliked: Washrooms are shared and need to be cleaned more than once a day. It was very uncomfortable going to shower after someone and seeing urine on the floor

Disappointing

Disliked: Images didnt match the stay and there were bed bugs. Moreover 2-3 bathrooms are only outside shared with whole floor rooms.

Not a family hotel

Liked: The location is close to Place des Arts, very central, the price was very inexpensive and a simple breakfast was included.
Disliked: The area did not feel very safe at night, traveling with a child, the lights from Sainte-Catherines Street kept our room lit up all night, lots of stairs, the room smelled of cigarettes despite being no smoking and the mattress was very hard.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and the room is very spacious
Disliked: The entry stairs were very slippery. There were many occasions that people were sitting on the steps blocking the entrance

Liked: The location was fantastic. Last time when I stayed room was good but not this time around.
Disliked: The room given was not given. Last year when we stayed it was nice and this time around we did not have any amenities either.
