Very good

Liked: Room was good. Clean. Coffee shop next to the lobby for snacks etc.
Disliked: The restaurant was closed due to strikers, so only breakfast buffet was available. I was unable to shower. The shower was in the tub and it was high. I placed my carryon which was 22" against the tub and it didn't even get to the top. My friends had a handicapped room and same. So none of us were able to access the shower. Overall nice quick stay for cruise.

Great staff especially the doorman...

Liked: Cleanliness and hot water for the shower. We had a long travel day, and it was great having a nice hot shower and a clean room.

Surprisingly disappointing regarding payment.

Liked: Pool is outstanding.The room was comfortable and was clean.
Disliked: Location is OK during the day as it hosts many public buildings and it's quite busy, but at night is rather isolated. Shops close early.They charged us twice for parking fees.Marriott is not good at solving claims from customers. If you booked through a travel agency (like us), they indicate you to deal directly with hotel with no oversight from their part, even though it was the hotel itself that handled the payments, not the travel agency.
