Comfortable room but feel old...

Liked: The location was good, the room was ok with a real hairdryer, an iron and a table , the bed comfortable, the shower was great and the staff were friendly and try to do their best.
Disliked: The hôtel building was doing a makeover of its facade therefor the property was in construction and we have no information about it. And the worst for me was the room size and the bathroom size too small, I was disappointed the hotel room looks old and need a refreshment as well. I feel very disappointed by Pullman I was expecting better.

Pullman is Excellent as always....

Liked: Great location - great breakfast - nice clean rooms, linen, etc
Disliked: Under refurbishment at time we stayed - but good that R&M being done at least!

If hotel were not under...

Liked: very friendly and helpful staffroom very comfortable and nice and bigliked the plug in the safe to load phone etc while locked in the safeseparate toilet in the bathroomgood walk in rain shower
Disliked: no one warned us that the hotel is being upgraded and has shuttering everywhere - saw it once we got thereworkmen start early in the morning - felt that the hotel should offer some sort of compensation (choice of free breakfrast, free parking etc)asked for quiet room but the little street we were near has a bar and was very noisy till very late at nightbreakfast is clearly marked as extra but parking is advertised on booking.com as if it is included in the price - shock when we had to pay 28€ per day for parking

Will be an excellent place...

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff, who went out of their way to help us with the luggage under less than ideal conditions. The size and cleanliness of the room.
Disliked: 1. The ongoing construction; had we not been there on the weekend, they would have worked on the facade outside of our window, starting early in the morning.2. We chose to skip the breakfast, because of the cost. Not too many cafes in the neighbrohood, though so we bought some croissants at Carrefour!
