Disliked: a lot of dust under the bed where it is not visible, in the bathroom smells from the kitchen and cigarettes through the ventilation

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Puerta de Toledo. We arrived before the check-in time and our room was ready. The room was spacious and clean, and beds very comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent and within a walking distance to all the places we wanted to visit. We will return to Madrid at some point and we will definitely stay in Puerta de Toleda. Thank you for all the staff for making our stay pleasant and memorable!

Liked: Location is good with a lot of bus stations around it.Staff are helpful but not very welcoming.
Disliked: There is a strong smell once you enter the facility.I was with a friend who had breakfast daily, the selection is very poor.I only had hot water for an instant coffee that I brought along, yet daily it was a hassle explaining to the team that I only want hot water.

Madridd trip

Liked: Great breakfast. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Superb staff on the front desk.
Disliked: Room was warm with no air conditioning. I would imagine it would be sweltering in the summer.
