Liked: Location size of the room and beds and Staff at receptionist very nice
Disliked: A bit dust on mirror frame and lamp and ventilation in the bathroom

Liked: The location is good
Disliked: The renovation materials are good but lacks quality, it is noticeable specially in the toilet

Great location, does the job...

Liked: The location was great. The breakfast was a nice addition and had lots of options.
Disliked: The beds were very slim and unsteady, I felt like I was going to fall off on occasion. Shower was open so water got everywhere.

Normal to tourists

Disliked: Breakfast… all time crowd without enough product and tables

Liked: Friendly staff, Carmen, Sandra, Antonio, everybody's trying to help with a smile on the face. I have already recomend this hotel to family and friends. For sure, I'll be back when in Madrid.

Liked: Great location, very close to the metro station. It’s nice to have a restaurant in the hotel.
Disliked: The walls were very thin, allowing noise from the neighbors and the hallway to be easily heard. The curtains also did not provide complete blackout. These two issues combined make it difficult to rest well.
