I wouldn't stay here again

Liked: Breakfast is entirely too expensive especially for Tijuana
Disliked: Transportation was hit and miss. They refused to refund my deposit despite 3 phone calls . I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company who agreed the charge which was over $100.00 was improper.
