The front desk woman who checked me in was so nice and extremely helpful. Definitely will be booking there again.

This One Is Not For...

Liked: I didn’t like much of the hotel. All was soso.
Disliked: This hotel has seen better days. They also charged me after all other fees a daily amenities fee. There are no amenities I was aware of. They never informed me about such a fee. That was a crooked move.

It was just OK this...

Liked: The big room and the location
Disliked: We went down to front desk and texted them and they still did not bring us towels and blankets for our first night so one of my children slept in a sweatshirt. They never returned my text messages at all actually. There was garbage underneath my bed from the previous people. For $300 a night u would think I would get the simple request I had. This was our second time staying here and we really liked it the first time it was so great and we were hoping to have the same experience this time but unfortunately, we will be staying somewhere next year when we go down for my daughter‘s gymnastics competition.

Disliked: TV not working properly and maintenance didn't fix it. Finally fixed by front desk attendant.

Exactly what we needed.

Liked: We spent a night here while visiting relatives. It was nice, quiet and comfortable.There was a nice rooftop bar and a good restaurant with a friendy bartender. There are nice casual restaurants nearby.
Disliked: We had no complaints.our needs were well met.

Exceptional

Liked: My friend and I took the train to Providence and walked only a few blocks from the station to the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is a short walk to nearby attractions and federal hill. Can’t wait to stay here again!
