Liked: Can honestly say it was the best hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff were exceptional- so friendly and helpful all the time. They couldn’t do enough for you and went out of their way to make it an excellent experience!
Disliked: Everything was excellent

what a place!

Liked: The hotel was exquisite, everything looked beautiful, the design was elegant and stylish but warm and comfortable. The Service of the staff was great. Bar had a lovely selection of areas to sit and had a lovely atmosphere. the location was amazing so central we could walk to everything in a few minutes.

Liked: Large room, nice decor, very comfortable bed, spa bath! Great location and private parking.
Disliked: Finding the parking was really unclear.

Liked: The location was amazing, it was comfortable, secure, staff were excellent.
Disliked: My only criticism is the room’s a bit dark, but we couldn’t open the curtains fully because it’s in a courtyard and other guests pass your window. But apart from that it was a perfect stay.

Liked: Property was very nice. Perfect location in the center of Bruges.
Disliked: When we checked in, we were told our reservations were for the annex…NOT the main hotel. There was no explanation except this was the rate chosen. I definitely did not choose this… one felt away from the amenities. So, maybe book directly with the hotel assures one of “not”being sent to the out building. The hotel wasn’t full!!
