Superb New Years Stay, Cosy...

Liked: Room was lovely, just as expected. Cosy , spacious and cleanBreakfast was great, a large selection of foods and friendly staffLocation is by far the best pro of this hotel, so close to the shops and the main square and particularly good for the fireworks square on new years eve.

A great New Years break...

Liked: Well appointed, comfortable and clean bedroom. The public areas were modern and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location for Markt, t’Zand and one of the main shopping streets. I travel the world and without doubt the hotel, rather underplays the breakfast offer. Great variety and great quality.
Disliked: Nothing!

A waste of money.

Liked: Great location, cleanliness.
Disliked: Our first room had a bath with jets that weren’t working, we were moved to another room which had exactly the same issue. Quite a waste of time on such a short trip. To our surprise a member of the cleaning staff walked straight into our room without knocking at 10.05am on our last day, almost an hour before checkout. Not acceptable at all, an complete invasion of one’s privacy.

Liked: Amazing buffet breakfast, location, secure underground parking at the hotel, the hotel bar, close distance to the square,
Disliked: Pillows on the bed, central heating very hot
