Disliked: Unhermetic windows. That should be changed into hermetic windows as all night life noice, smoke from cigarettes went through the windows and was very uncomfortable to smell that and hear that noice, like it was besides your bed. We were on second floor. Yet, location itself is perfect. Hope windows will be way more hermetic and would definatelly return and stay here again and again.

My 1st Amsterdam visit.....The price...

Liked: Nothing..... Everything was as I expected when compared with other hotels and their prices...Breakfast was a Bonus, full or continental on offer with refills of coffee or juices...

Liked: Very central, easy to locate once you leave the train station. All staff were super friendly & helpful.

Worth-coming back to.

Liked: This was the second time my friends and I stayed in this hotel. The location is just perfect and close to many shops and attractions. We love that it is just beside St Nicholas Basilica. The buffet breakfast has a good variety. We stayed in room 215 and the view was beyond comprehension, facing the central station. We love that we get fresh towels everyday.
Disliked: It was hard to get on the tub as there was no rail on the sides to hold on to, which makes it unsafe for my friends who are elderly. Bed was fine but pillows were not firm enough.

Value for money just a...

Liked: * Clean hotel, everyday were tiding room.* loved the in-the-price breakfast* best location, just 2 minutes walking distance from the central station, few steps from damrak * i would stay again
Disliked: * Needs renovation* low lighting in the room* needs a ventilator in the bathroom
