Disliked: The price is a bit too much for what it offers. It was a very old building which was nice to look at but the amenities don't match the price. The room was way too cold and coming in and out was a hustle cause the reception was not always available.

Liked: Due to the change of plans i extended my stay so i had 2 bookings. Because it was a separate booking and the hotel was full i had to change the rooms. The staff was really helpful with a transition. As i mentioned in my previous review - the hotel has a family atmosphere and is very safe. The location is great. Good value for money.

Good location

Liked: The location was good. Smooth check in and check out. The staff friendly. The room was very clean. There is a lift. The decoration was impresive.
Disliked: The room was cold. The double bed has two single mattreses, one of whish was firm and the other worn out. The breakfast was very poor. You need to arrive as soon as possible in order to find something at the bufet otherwise you can take only caffe. And the justification from the staff was not convincing.

Liked: Good location (near the metro station or 28-minute walk across the main historic attractions to the museum "quarter") and a family atmosphere. As a solo traveller, i felt safe. The staff was always present and very helpful. The breakfast is a simple Italian with freshly brewed coffee. The building is a historical one and has its charm.
