Liked: The only positive aspects of this hotel were the modern interior and the absence of any unpleasant smells.
Disliked: I stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. I checked in around 7:00 PM and immediately requested an iron, as I planned to go out for dinner at 8:00 PM. The iron was only brought to my room at 8:30 PM after I made three phone calls and went down to the lobby once. The hotel does not have a dedicated ironing room, nor is there an iron available in the room.Additionally, the hotel lacks a restaurant or bar where guests can have dinner. There is a fitness club on the premises, and when I asked the staff about using the pool for exercise, I was told that a reservation was needed and that they would confirm the details for me. However, I never received a follow-up call.I went to bed late as my two young children, who were at home, were waiting up for me and asking when I would return. This was my only opportunity to get a good night’s sleep, but at 9:00 AM, the cleaning staff woke me up. The iron, which I urgently needed, took a long time to be delivered, but the room cleaning that I did not need came promptly, despite my checkout being by 12:00 PM.

Liked: Smooth check in. Location good. Metro near by. Restaurants near by. First day toilet flush was not reliable. They fixed it. Thanks. Breakfast lay out was excellent.

Liked: The location is excellent for attractions and is peaceful at night. The hotel is modern and looks well after the renovation.The staff are v friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Smart lighting in the bedrooms - we were not told that the lights were suppose to be on a smart setting. They didn't work so the lights came on when we went to sleep and did not come on in the morning. It was v confusing.Pool- the pool is not part of the hotel and is part of the gym below the hotel. It is small, shallow and dark. I did not find it pleasant at all.

Liked: The breakfast and room was very nice very spacious and the amianties in the room where great .. love the brands ... the location was great
Disliked: They had no concierge what so ever .. like had no idea of what is happening and they had 2 lifts for the whole hotel ... that was inconvenient during the busy times of the day.

Good Locatin

Liked: The room was big and location was good. Breakfast was good too.
Disliked: No place to put luggage! Had to leave them on the floor which is uncomfortable!!
