Disappointing

Very nice and disappointing at...

Liked: Everything was neat and very cosy.
Disliked: It was very sad to see the management of the hotel decided to remove Ukrainian watch from the wall under reception desk. However they left Russian watch (who is a world known aggressor and a terrorist country). At the beginning of the full-scale invasion on Ukraine by Russia, Poland supported Ukraine greatly. Russian watch on the hotel’s wall was crossed (meaning that Russians are not welcomed there.) We stayed a lot of times in the hotel. We liked everything about it. I know that a lot Ukrainians stay there. It is just very disappointing now to see the change of attitude to Ukrainians. Of course there are different people coming from our country to Poland, there is great amount of Ukrainians who are grateful to Polish people and other nations for all your support.

Liked: Everything was great. Personal so friendly, clean big room, nice place for sleep over for few nights in the centre location. Breakfast and refreshment was delicious and for different tastes. Thank you so much.
Disliked: There are were two big single beds together in the room, not one double bed for couple. But if be honest it was comfy and cosy, clean and nice.

Good value hotel room

Liked: Comfortable bed to sleep with. The room is spacious. Tasty breakfast with great selections. They provided shower caps.
Disliked: You can tell the room is with some history as the room's decoration is old. However, it is Ok for me because it is clean. The room is on the 2nd floor. There is no view except some concrete walls outside the window.

Bad

Disliked: They charged for two nights, but I spent only one night, but they didn’t wanted to refund money for unused night

Disliked: The fridge in the room was loud
