The stay was just ok,...

Liked: The lobby, bar area was nice, the location was convenient for us and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: Could have been cleaned, our first room had roaches and several spiders, also some damage in the hallway.

Disliked: The fact construction was going on during our stay which made the appearance look bad the the staff was awesome

Liked: We were told it would be under renovation, but that doesn’t mean that the place should also be dirty and badly managed. A colleague found a used Q-tip in their room and the room I stayed in looked like it needed a good deep clean. The breakfast was terrible - slow service - it seemed like perhaps one woman was taking orders, cooking and serving and she spoke as if she hadn’t slept for a week and really didn't want to be there. The food wasn’t good and frankly after that I walked in the front door, to my room to sleep and then left as soon as possible the next morning. (And it was expensive - more than a clean hotel across the freeway that a friend chose)
Disliked: Everything was tired, but more than that bad service and expensive.

Liked: They mix up my dates and had no rooms available. I lost $200 because I couldn’t get a refund. Don’t recommend

overall always a great visit!

Liked: we always love staying here. it’s a nice hotel, comfortable and always clean. it’s extremely convenient for us to leave our vehicle and shuttle to the airport
Disliked: they are under construction which you can tell and the signs where there (literally) however when we got into our room all the drawers were opened, cabinet doors etc as if the cleaning person or whomever hadn’t finished? nothing bad per say but was just odd walking into that
