Liked: Super friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.
Disliked: A little pricy with no breakfast, which was a little sad.

The stay exceeded my expectations.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and the staff in both reception and restaurant were polite, gave good and correct answers, room was clean enough (not picky) and the stay overall exceeded my expectations by a lot.
Disliked: The beds were way to soft for my comfort, laying down in it felt like I got devoured by the mattress.

Liked: Nice design. Fresh rooms and carpeting.Friendly and helpful staff. Good location a short walk from the Central Station. Breakfast is a lot better than any breakfast I had in hotels in Sweden. There are vegan options such as scramble tofu and vegan sausages which are yummy and good quality cheese and bread, bio agave syrup etc. (Only coffee is non-drinkable but this is a problem all over Sweden).

Very nice hotel near city...

Liked: A very nice hotel located near city center, will visit again if going back to this part of Sweden. Super clean, cozy rooms, gym, nice Lounge with option to purchase drinks well into the evening/night. Breakfast Buffet was TOP quality with great selection of foods and drinks. Excellent staff, especially want to praise the receptionist Laura, very friendly and nice lady.

Liked: Good location and excellent value for money. Friendly staff and good breakfast. I have stayed at this location several times in the past and will definitely be back.

Great hotel in central location

Liked: Friendly staff, very comfortable beds, clean, great breakfast, excellent location. You can park outside the hotel (for a cost).
Disliked: We were disturbed by noise from a nearby business (apparently very unusual to hear this particular noise), but the staff kindly moved us to a different room, further from the noise.

Liked: The hotel provided very good breakfast and the location was great with beautiful views from the window. Everything was clean and nice and the staff was very helpful and smiling.
Disliked: I would prefer to have a small room for kids with toys and games. It would be perfect addition to all the beautiful facilities the hotel offered us!
