Liked: The room was spotlessly clean and had a great view down Wenceslas Square, ideal for people-watching. The location was excellent, being on the boundary between the Old Town and New Town, with most of the major sights within a 5- -10 minute walk. The buffet breakfast was a great start to the day, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with any request dealt with in a professional and caring manner. An excellent stay!

Great location, very good breakfast

Liked: Location perfect, breakfast excellent, staff really nice. The rooms are a good size, large bathroom, the breakfast room is unique and amazing underground beneath the hotel. There is a cafe/restaurant outside the front of the hotel looking onto the plaza. It is only a 6 min walk to the famous clock tower, about a 7min walk from the main station, and very close to lots of restaurants and shops. Ideal location and still quiet. I will stay here again
Disliked: The beds are very firm and hard, and the very large flat pillows appear soft but they are also hard and a bit lumpy. However everything else is so good, we put up with the beds
