Disliked: Unfortunately, there was no heating available in the room which made it quite uncomfortable, especially as we had a baby with us. While the location and staff were nice, the lack of heating was a major downside given the temperatures.

Disliked: There's no wifi. The staff was average. The only nice staff was the person getting the luggage. There only 1 socket in the room which is located below the table. ONLY ONE. There is a breakfast buffet which is always empty. You have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes before they refill the food. The bathroom shower had a small piece of wood on the floor that wobbled. Even the ceiling panels were coming off. Please stay away from this place.

Liked: I liked the fresh fruit and the croissants and bread. However, the room was extremely small. To charge my phone I had to move a desk out of the way. The hotel looks tired and in need of an upgrade. It is a hub for tours and the buffet opens at 7:00 with hordes of people trying to get breakfast. The coffee machines malfunction as do the juice dispensers.
Disliked: Earlier breakfast hours for travelers, warning people when they're being placed in rooms that face in and are small. My friends and I have decided never to stay at this godforsaken place again.
