Liked: I had an amazing stay at Hotel Posada San Antonio! The hotel was super clean, well-maintained, and extremely nice. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive.One of the highlights of my stay was the restaurant, which not only had delicious food but also offered a beautiful view that made every meal even more enjoyable.If you're visiting Reynosa and are unsure about where to stay, don’t second-guess it—this is the place for you! You’ll love everything about this hotel, from the comfort to the top-notch service. In my opinion, it’s the best hotel in the city, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Liked: I really enjoyed the view from our Room , room was very nice and everything worked well.

Liked: I freaky enjoyed the View of the Plaza it was Beautiful, I also think having a screen protector on the Sliding door is Amazing.Everything else as always Wonderful , Wonderful Staff , Wonderful Rooms
Disliked: I wish the Balcony had Seats / Chairs to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather

Disliked: at the moment the city is working on the street in front of the hotel so parking was not available!

Expensive for what it was....

Liked: The staff were friendly enough and there was secure parking.
Disliked: My booking.com room rate was not honored. The AC was very weak. The toilet seat would bend and slide into the bowl when I sat on it. There was no body wash. The beds were old and I could feel the springs. Bathroom caulk was all cracked and peeling. Nothing about this room was worth the nearly $200 I paid.

Liked: The staff was SO nice and was always helpful. The hotel was very clean. I really liked that they have an area for Smokers . Also, have a gym room and a big jacuzzi. I reported something wrong in Gym Room RIGHT away, they fixed it. There were no hesitations. I also felt very secure as Front Doors are locked. Everything was amazing and comfortable
Disliked: Only thing I didn't like was Toilet Bowl , Lol It's very Low other then that there's absolutely Nothing to complain about
