Liked: The staff are super friendly, the rooms are large and good value. The property is in a perfect central location. I arrived at 3 in the morning and they were able to accomodate me, after having to cancel my previous reservation at a different hotel due to the reception being closed. There's also a fan in the room.

Liked: Location
Disliked: It smelt the moment you came in. Our rooms location were above a mechanical section so warm air and dust came through the little window. There is no ac so window had to be open. Unfortunately, our window did not have a screen, and we had bugs coming into the room. The towels that were provided were very, very thin where you could see through them. The pillows were lumpy. Could not sleep as the room smell like mold in something else. we were to stay three nights, but checked out after the first night and went somewhere else. The front desk were nice and gave us the rest of our money back, but we still had to pay for our first night. We checked in at 9:30 PM and left the next morning at 9am. We had two rooms reserved and another couple that we were traveling with had also experienced the same thing.

Pleasant

Liked: Good location in the histic centre of the oldtown, had a nice view from the room.
Disliked: Bad communication in advance, didn't get an answer on our messages, noone picked up when we tried to call multiple times. Security was rude and we got almost zero information when checking in. Check in is not possible after 15:30 (booking gets cancelled without any notification) despite the reception beeing open all day.
