Great hotel for exploring Granada

Liked: Excellent location to explore Granada. The staff was kind and organized. There was an elevator. The rooms were pretty and clean.

Wonderfully positioned, friendly and helpful.

Liked: This is a family owned and run hotel. The staff friendly and helpful. Sylvie, the receptionist, has been with the hotel for many years, speaks several languages, is exceptionally helpful, kind and happy to assist. Family members take care of the delicious, extensive and generous breakfast, held in the most delightful surroundings. The hotel is situated in an almost fully pedestrianised zone which is lively and entertaining, a very short walk from both the Royal Quarter and the river.
