Perfect hotel in the heart...

Liked: A thoroughly modern exterior gave way to a a charming inner courtyard lit with real flames and immaculately clean. We spent so long exploring Seville that we didn’t make full use of what clearly were, exceptional amenities. Staff were super helpful and friendly too.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Our room was a little noisy on the first day because it faced the street. When I asked for toiletries at the front desk the next day, I casually mentioned it and they were very enthusiastic and offered to change my room. They indeed changed me to a very quiet room facing the patio.They also specially prepared champagne for me as an apology, which added a heart-warming experience to our trip in Seville.Their employees are very friendly, enthusiastic and attentive. They will proactively discover the needs of guests and actively solve them to ensure that they can provide guests with a good stay experience. The rooms are very new and the facilities are very good. The only problem is that the bathroom has no door, and the bath water may flow out, but this is not a problem. I will choose them next time.
