Liked: Immaculste, staff were wonderful.
Disliked: The park side could be noisy. I was offered the quieter side—so I knew it would be louder but it didn’t really bother me.

Liked: The facility was very clean and well appointed. Glass glasses and mugs not plastic or paper. Good coffee in the room. Lots of bottled water provided. But most importantly the staff was very helpful,and patient with our limited Spanish.
Disliked: It was a couple of block further from the historic areas than I expected.

Liked: This was my second time to stay in this hotel , location is great , clean hotel and with private parking , friendly staff
Disliked: I requested a Kleenex from housekeeping was told they do not have it at that time and was told they will deliver it but it did not happen . WiFi is slow .
