Liked: Staff were great, the room was clean. Having the restaurant there was awesome!! And location was fab.
Disliked: We found the room was pretty lacklustre for over $400 a night. We were not impressed by the room. It was small and basic with very little charm.

Lovely and cozy hotel with...

Liked: The breakfast was plenty nice, and the restaurant/bar attached is lively at night with knowledgeable bartenders and a beautiful atmosphere. They let us bring the bottle of wine we bought up to the room with glasses, but you cannot charge things at the restaurant to your room. Which was okay for us!
Disliked: The ceiling height was low in our room, and there were a few tight hallways and steps we had to drag our luggage through to get to the room. It wasn't too bad though. The bathroom lighting could have been better, but they provide a lit cosmetic mirror to compensate!

Liked: We had a room at the front with exposed stone, the room was very nice, the shower also. And the location was fantastic, right at the old port.
Disliked: The staff did not offer any help with luggage. And when I asked about street parking on a holiday they suggested looking on a website. They should either know the rules or offer to find out, I would think parking would be a common question from travellers.

Not again.

Disliked: My girlfriend and I were woken up in the middle of the night at 1:30 by a call from the front desk telling us to keep it down & we had a noise complaint about our room. Shockingly, the hotel took it upon themselves to wake us up to tell us rather than do their due diligence and find out the noise complaint was for a DIFFERENT room. Barely even got an apology the next morning.

Disliked: The soundproofing was bit disappointing.

Great location to marina and...

Liked: Unfortunately our room looked out at a huge dumpster and gas station. The room is not quite as quaint as it looks in the pictures.
