Liked: Staff is very professional and helpful.Location is wonderful.Very clean.
Disliked: We were the room close to garbage pick up, so we could hear garbage being thrown out and being picked up under our window.

Liked: I really love this place. In the beginning I thought one or two at the front desk should have been a bit more friendly, but the rest of the staff made up for it. The kitchen and breakfast staff were absolutely amazing; they were funny, caring and very helpful with everything. It's people like them that make a hotel experience an amazing one. I would certainly like to go back. I also liked that it was close to everything. I would certainly recommend this place. Also, the facilities are fantastic. Just go, you'll love it.

Liked: location was great, breakfast was great too!
Disliked: the German woman who was working in reception while I stayed there was very unpleasant and unhelpful. It was like she was doing me a huge favour just to answer a question, and like she couldn't believe I had the nerve to even ask for help. the other staff was far more helpful. But because of her (as she was there during my entire stay) I will never stay at the hotel again. I always do my best to be pleasant and a good guest/traveller, but her treatment left me feeling "cold" and "small" -- like I was beneath her. Perhaps it's a cultural thing, but I would assume you don't want that kind of behaviour at your front desk. I did notice however she was laughing, smiling, and quite jovial with another German speaking guest while I waited for help. So I don't want to make generalizations, but there was that! Enough said. Thanks for everything else that was good. Although I would add that the rooms decor (and carpets) is a bit tired but still a very comfortable and clean stay regardless.

Perfect location. Great value!

Liked: The location was PERFECT! You can hear the lovely music on the Ponte Sisto from the balcony or outdoor space. You can easily walk to all of the sites and have dinner at Trastevere. There is private parking at the hotel for 30 euro per day, which is well worth it. The staff is kind and lovely!
Disliked: Bed was hard, would have preferred a softer mattress, but overall very comfortable room.
