This hotel is a value...
Liked: The staff was very helpful and supportive. Explained the parking process. Provided guidance on navigating the Turin. Room was clean and with enough space - no issues in this area. Location was optimal - not too far away from the main city but still close to the major roads.Parking for the rental car was included.
Disliked: Where do I start?Elevator was broken and not working. No efforts or indication when it could be fixed. The elevator was retrofitted into the existing stairwell. Half of staircase width was lost. Super tight pass on upstairs or downstairs. Single person only. Try squeezing in that while dragging your suitcase. Not fun.The stair well is very dark even in the daytime. Step risers are uneven. I tripped on the last step and fell getting myself two sprained ankles. No light there in the morning. Nada. If this would be the US - a major lawsuit would be already in process. Why can't the hotel management install at least a single light bulb in each stairwell? It is beyond me.Second - air conditioner barely worked. Keep in mind that we stayed in this hotel in the beginning of October where the outside high temperature was barely breaking 20C. The only fan settings were working either 3 (full scream) or 1 (barely turning). The AC efficiency was abysmal. Do NOT stay in this hotel during the summer time. Really! Go find another hotel.Third: the bed was uncomfortable. I am not sure why would someone enjoy this firmness. Most likely it was the cheapest option for the hotel owner(s). The bathroom is tiny. The shower is super tight. You can't even open the shower door as it hits the sink. If I to do this again - I would select a different hotel.

Exceptional
Liked: My Son and I stayed the one night in the hotel where we found the owners really friendly and welcoming. The room was large and really clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was also lovely with plenty to choose from. I'd definitely stay there again.

Superb
Liked: Very helpful personel. The receptionist was very polite, supportive, and very kind. The breakfast was nice , and again, I felt that the Mr and Ms running the hotel wanted the guests to feel well. The location is good. One can be in the centre with tram nr 15.Good value for money hotel.
Disliked: Nice , old building , so also the hotel room has this old feeling. However, it was clean and well equipped.
