Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is very clean and quiet — perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and their professionalism added to the overall comfort of the visit.One standout feature was the breakfast — truly one of the best I’ve had, even compared to some 5-star hotels. The variety and quality were outstanding.Unfortunately, the swimming pool was quite cold, and I ended up feeling a bit unwell afterward. It would be great if the water temperature could be improved for future guests.Nonetheless, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely consider returning.

Comfortable hotel close to the...

Liked: Great location just outside the city wall. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds are really comfortable. Stylish decor. Would definitely recommend.The air con was difficult to work successfully so I opened the window instead but that was a minor detail in the grand scheme of things and I could have asked.

Great location, good family room...

Liked: Great location! Two blocks from Nuremberg HBF (central train station), and just outside of the old town wall. Perfect for our family's one-night stay to see the DB Rail Museum (3 blocks away) and Nuremberg Castle (20 minute walk). Family room with bunk bed sofa was perfect for our family of (2 adults and a 12-year-old).. We arrived in the morning and were able to store our luggage so we could sight-see for the day before checking in. English speaking staff. Beds were comfy, decor was standard.
Disliked: As with most European hotel showers, there's nothing to prevent water escaping from the shower pan onto the bathroom floor, and the giant rain-showerhead can't be redirected. Maybe there's a secret to avoiding this that we haven't caught on to, but we have just learned to mop up the wet floor with towels after everyone bathes, and not walk into the bathroom in socks.

Liked: This is my personal comparison level to which all hotels need to aspire. The best breakfest (not good, the best), great rooms, quiet, beautifully arranged. Everything as it should be and a bit more!
