We would still return again

Liked: Clean and close to motorway. Ideal for a 1 night stop off.
Disliked: There was a misunderstanding between staff in reception and restaurant. As we were recurring customers the receptionist was very accommodating until we went to restaurant and the waiter was very rude to us. However this was resolved amicably.Due to the date we stayed, in December, the cafe,bar was closed for 2 months. However the receptionist served us with our requirements.

The Hotel Plazaola

Liked: we have stayed at the Plazaola a few times en route to Southern Spain. We always take our pets and the hotel is very pet friendly. The rooms are spacious, well furnished and very clean

A great base from which...

Liked: A modern pet friendly hotel set in a mountain village. Staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was very good. Dogs are not allowed inside the restaurant but there is a separate pet friendly seating area where food can be served.
