Comfortable hotel, well located for...

Liked: The hotel, room and all public areas were all very clean and comfortable to be in. We had our pet dog with us and whilst he was not allowed in the eating areas there are tables/seats just outside in the wider reception area that we could eat quite comfortably and have him with us. Dog's are not allowed to be left in the hotel room. It's a great hotel to stay en-route to/from southern Spain.
Disliked: Nothing of particular note. It is a very clean and comfortable hotel.

Very friendly hotel

Liked: We have stayed here many times before, it is a very friendly hotel especially as we have a dog.We ate in the lounge area of the hotel as we had our dog with us and obviously cannot use the restaurant? However the food and service was superb.Highly recommended

Liked: Clean and close to motorway. Ideal for a 1 night stop off.
Disliked: There was a misunderstanding between staff in reception and restaurant. As we were recurring customers the receptionist was very accommodating until we went to restaurant and the waiter was very rude to us. However this was resolved amicably.Due to the date we stayed, in December, the cafe,bar was closed for 2 months. However the receptionist served us with our requirements.
