Liked: The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It looks nice on the pictures but it was a disappointment.
Disliked: The on line checking is terrible, and it took me two hours, they ask things you dont have in the spanish ID, for instance expedition date. You cannot add dates of birth if you are older than certain age, simply the year is not there to choose. Also my browser didn't allow me to add the IDs on line, so I had to install another. I had also problems with my credit cars, which work everywhere in the world but for this hotel. I requested a human being to do the check in personally, and it was literally impossible. I thought it was a scam.In addition the room was too small for the beds they put, and the bathroom had a bad smell of mold and humidity.It's noisy outside, especially at night around 1AM when the waste is collected, and the windows do not isolate from the noise.

Liked: view was awful looked onto building works in abuilding opposite, room was fine comfortable and clean locations was good , no one at reception at all but didnt really need anyone during our stay.

Won't choose this place again....

Liked: Good beds.
Disliked: Couldn't use the safe. Someone came with the wrong key and never returned. The lack of staff in reception, no staff to meet you. Didn't like door codes. Broken window blind and terrace furniture. Room overlooked building site with men having a siesta. Shower was so powerful it flew off and soaked the towels and floor. TV on side wall of room so you can't see it from the bed.
