Liked: The beds
Disliked: The restaurant had only two choices and we had to buy two courses. The bar was not manned, you had to go to reception every time you wanted anything. Some of the staff were discourteous, we were very polite. The breakfast was very poor too.

Disliked: Restaurant choices (apart from the hotel's own restaurant) are more than 1 km away.

Disliked: No bozo explain me way to Futuroscope they are speaking English horribly and they have lack of intelligence

Liked: Just upgraded reception and bar areas looks good nicely presented .Rooms are clean and a good size with modern bathroom
Disliked: The room coffee station had no milk , the restaurant is nice with good service but spoilt by a limited menu choices
