Liked: Hotel Plaza Revolución Management,I am extremely disappointed and angered by the behavior of your staff, especially Jacqueline, who acted dishonestly and unprofessionally. In front of the police, she clearly promised that I would only be charged for one night. However, your hotel went back on that agreement and charged the full amount.This is unacceptable and a serious breach of trust.I demand that you immediately refund the amount that was wrongfully charged. If this issue is not resolved at once, I will continue to file complaints through all available channels. I am also prepared to escalate this issue internationally if necessary.I expect a prompt response and the immediate return of the excess charge.
