AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Liked: The staff were very nice and friendly.
Disliked: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The area is in a dark alley where people get robbed at night and fight, and it feels unsafe to walk alone or in a couple.We were given room n5, which was on the ground floor. We could hear people walking, talking and making noise since 4am, and then the cleaners banging doors and speaking very loudly since 7am.The room was VERY cold and humid, and the air con did not have the usual heating option. The towels in the toilet were so cold that it seemed like if they were wet.The hot water in the shower did not work properly, so it was boiling and then freezing cold every 5 seconds.We paid for continental breakfast, but we were only given a horrible coffee and a glass of bottled juice. We had to pay extra for everything else (actual food). So instead of breakfast included, it should say “worst coffee ever and a glass of bottled juice)

Liked: Location. On our first booking our problems & issues were easily resolved. Staff kind enough to help us with our luggages. Value for money .
Disliked: After 5 days , we came back to stay in this hotel again. Receptionist a bit rude , asking me "What"! Instead of greeting us.We paid in CaSH , MXN pesos but it was not the price that we booked, and instead paid 200 pesos more.The receptionist did not even explain the reason for proce difference.

Disliked: The night club in front the hotel with loud music,the deceiving about breakfast,to long to serve a piece of toast of white bread only choice unless had to pay extra,no restaurant on premises,hotel in a very narrow street,with very low class people.Scary to go out at night.
