Our experience during our stay...

Liked: We had an amazing experience during our stay. Beds are really comfortable and clean. Staffs were very supportive and friendly.
Disliked: During our stay the ac did not worked properly and it was too hot. Hotel management sent a staff to see it but he said there is nothing he can do about it at that moment. So we had adjust.

Overall a great choice! Wonderful...

Liked: The saltwater pool is GORGEOUS! It was also the perfect temperature. The beds were comfortable with enough pillows of different firmness. There were enough towels in the bathroom. Lots of mirrors. Great price, beautiful hotel.
Disliked: There was no tea in the coffee bar in the room, there were a couple coffee pods for the machine, but it only made espresso - which was a bit confusing. There was no glassware in the room. Not a big deal at all - but its nice to have. The shower is old and the faucet sprays which, again, not a big deal. The lighting was dim. We ordered room service because we had a baby with us, my husband had to walk down to the restaurant because we couldn't get through to room service. The food came very quickly and was delicious - but it was cold which was very disappointing because of the price.
