Liked: I got stolen $50 from my luggage. They had to open my bag to find my money. The hotel did nothing

Bad WIFI, overall good location...

Liked: The locationw was good and I liked the view from my room on the 9th floor. I also liked I was able to check in my stuff at the end before my flight.
Disliked: I complained FIVE times over the WIFI. I was told it was because I have an iPhone (?). They checked it a couple times and told me to "forget wifi" I did and I just ended up using my service which I was trying to conserve since I still had a second leg of my trip in Mexico. I would suggest looking into this... It's 2025 and it looks like other people on the reviews have had this issue. I was not pleased with the way the staff responded when I kept telling them about it. Oh and the AC is more like a fan... I was hot. The value may be good but I found other places around the same with better quality. Sorry for the bad review but the attention to my concerns were not met.

Liked: The location of the hotel was very good. There are various transportation options to get to the historical district and Chapultepec Park The surrounding area is safe and there are many restaurants and cafes.
Disliked: The room we stayed in was undergoing renovations, so it smelled a bit like paint thinner. Cell Also, the air conditioning didn't work so it was a bit cold when I went to sleep.
