Liked: The property was cleanish and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The annex has no elevator. The bed was uncomfortable… I could feel every spring in the mattress and the pillows were lumpy and smelled profusely of body odor, which grossed me out. I was glad we brought our own pillows. The breakfast was also a disappointment. We expected a true continental breakfast but were only offered yogurt, fruit and a piece of bread.

The hotel canceled my confirmed...

Liked: The room was huge.
Disliked: I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Despite having a confirmed reservation, they canceled it simply because I didn’t inform them I was coming— which makes no sense, as having a reservation obviously meant I was planning to be there. The staff’s treatment was awful, showing no willingness to help or take responsibility for their mistake. To make matters worse, we had booked a room with two beds, but upon arrival, they claimed none were available and offered no real solution. In the end, my friend and I were forced to share a bed making the stay extremely uncomfortable.
