Great price and very clean

Liked: The property was very clean, location near downtown, the app says no parking but there is parking the hotel is 4 floors high and parking is at the bottom small and compact. I rented the spa room and it was great and accessible. Pictures are what the room looks like. Their is a restaurant in lobby but I didn’t try it
Disliked: The bed was very firm, to me it was too firm.

Liked: It was ok I’m a regular on the hotel but they didn’t let me check in when I arrived so I had to pay another room and they didn’t help me with my prior reservation

Disappointing

Liked: Receptionist had good English and was respectful.
Disliked: They cancelled our reservation with no explanation so when we arrived at 10pm they said it's been cancelled but the room is still available and we can pay for it at the hotel but now for more than double of the price. We went to a different nearby hotel.
