Liked: It was ok I’m a regular on the hotel but they didn’t let me check in when I arrived so I had to pay another room and they didn’t help me with my prior reservation

Disappointing

Liked: Receptionist had good English and was respectful.
Disliked: They cancelled our reservation with no explanation so when we arrived at 10pm they said it's been cancelled but the room is still available and we can pay for it at the hotel but now for more than double of the price. We went to a different nearby hotel.

Liked: The Bed was a little stiff, the room lacked air circulation and the location is slightly dangerous.
Disliked: Staff is unfriendly and the room felt like a dungeon.
