Perfect spot for a chill...

Liked: The food is great, both for breakfast buffet and the restaurant. The room is spacious and the spa, beach facilities are great.
Disliked: Someone came in without knocking to take away the balcony mattress when it was windy. They did this while we were in the bathroom unclothed. I would highly recommend to avoid this type of thing.

Liked: Everything about our stay was phenomenal! The staff were very accommodating and professional and kind. The breakfast was outstanding and fresh and plentiful. The view was amazing!
Disliked: I cannot think of anything to improve upon! The only thing that comes to mind is the weather. However, if we had to be somewhere with bad weather, I would want it to be here! We got facials, had dinner in the restaurant both nights and sat in the jacuzzi in the rain.

Love the hotel, needs better...

Liked: As regular visitors of this hotel (around 10 times now), we love the place: great staff, lovely spa, great food, very comfortable rooms
Disliked: The restaurant's furniture is fraying and has numerous stains, making the experience from previous visits somewhat disappointing. We understand that changing (fixing) furniture is not an easy task, but for the level of service, the current state of the restaurant and lounge is not in the hotel's favour. This has to be addressed immediately. Otherwise, the price is not justified.
