Liked: The staff was great. The breakfast was good but it was the same offering every day. The location is great! The facilities are nice but there are only stairs (which is difficult with luggage) and the rooms are SMALL!!! Their outside seating area is a highlight.

Disliked: Tiny room. Very disappointing. Not "Luxury" room at all. Attic - could not stand up. No storage for clothes. Difficult to get into the bed because of closeness to the walls and low ceilings. Disappointing.

Lovely location, overpriced offering.

Liked: Staff were warm and helpful, if not always present. There’s a nice seating area in a courtyard that is comfortable and good for getting a drink in the evening.
Disliked: Our room was tiny. It didn’t even have a wardrobe or anywhere to hang our clothes properly, bar some hooks on the wall. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the key system is ungainly.

Liked: My sister and I spent five nights at Hotel Pippa and had a wonderful time! The staff was the best! They helped us plan activities and made dinner reservations for us. Breakfast every morning was delicious and we enjoyed eating and having a glass of wine in the courtyard. Hotel Pippa was in the perfect location and we walked everywhere! We loved it!!!!
