Pay attention to the staff....

Liked: The room was clean. You can check in at night. It's convenient. Near the metro, 5-10 minutes on foot
Disliked: The man at the reception made a very unpleasant joke in our direction when we checked in. In room was an old blanket with a peculiar smell. the fan in the bathroom was making a lot of noise.

Liked: Great value. Very clean room. Comfy bed. Friendly and fast check-in. Good location in a nice, "regular" neighborhood. Easy walk to Loreto station. An excellent cafe just around the corner.
Disliked: The window shutters to my room #8 need some fixing.
