Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast had a lot of variety and fresh, healthy food options
Disliked: The bed was very hard like sleeping on a wooden board. The room had complementary water but no tea or coffee. The walls were paper thin. I could hear my neighbour snoring and the people above me sounded like they were doing construction when they moved around the room.

Liked: I likes the receptionist she was very nice and polite. Gave me a nice room. They arranged a transfer to the airport. Would recommend this hotel

Liked: The hotel was clean, the staff were so gentle and kind.
Disliked: -The breakfast was really poor, there was no vegetables or different kind of cheese. -There was a city tax (7.5€ for person per night) that wasn't included in the reservation payment.-The room wasn't sound proof, so you could hear any noise coming from other rooms.
