It was an enjoyable stay.

Liked: Great location, my room had a very nice view on the Plaza del Pilar. The room was clean and had most of what I needed. The breakfast is served starting 7 and it is worth the price. Also, the staff both at the reception and breakfast space were all very nice.

Would never go back. So...

Liked: The place has fallen apart. Even the sign above the front door is broken. Our room was so small that we could barely navigate around the bed. The bathroom was full of mold and the wood rotting (see pics). The woman at the front desk acted like we were an inconvenience rather than customers. The breakfast was subpar and not worth the money. I’m not sure how this place got any decent reviews.

Great but reception team could...

Liked: It’s location and quietness
Disliked: Difficulty accessing WiFi codes and having to wait ages for the only available receptionist (circa 7pm) who spent ages on the phone to acknowledge me or to respond to my enquiry

Poor

Liked: Location is the only good thing. Near the tourist area.
Disliked: The hotel is literally simple. The room is not comfortable and very small. Needs an urgent revamped retrofit.

Very central hotel - walking...

Liked: Nice location right in the centre of town. Very convenient for exploring local sights, and great view of the main square and church. Easy parking (underground). Would recommend.
Disliked: Had to pay for parking
