This was our second stay....

Liked: The woman who checked us out was engaging, polite and pleasant. The bed was pretty comfy and everything was clean and orderly for the most part.
Disliked: Well.. there was little hairs on the bathtub like someone had shaved or something and it hadn't been cleaned properly. One roll of very scratchy toilet paper..

Liked: Decent view of the mountains.
Disliked: Had to go outside to smoke. Parking lot is difficult to get out and in. Evening staff was not very friendly.

Older, but very nice.

Liked: We liked the size and cleanliness of the room. The beds were comfortable with obviously clean linens. We were on the top floor and had a great view of the Pigeon Forge Parkway. We decided if we stay in the area again we would stay here, and request the same room. Towels were clean and stocked properly.
Disliked: They forgot to refill the liquid soap dispensers in the shower and by the sink. The in room fridge was a little on the small side. Someone had unplugged the bedside lamp so we had to plug it back in. After that it worked fine.
