Staff not at all welcoming,

Money better spent elsewhere

Liked: We liked that it has a bus stop right in front if the hotel and the breakfast.
Disliked: NO A/C. There's a fan but it barely cools down the room with or without the window closed. There's alot of hotels around that do have a/c so we had thought this one had as well. Got a couple spider bites in the middle of the night. When we arrived at 4pm, we had to call them and they couldn't even be bothered to unlock the front door and check us in properly. We didn't see anyone during our entire stay until conveniently the night (literally the night) before to talk to us about the bill. Didn't try the restaurant but it has alot higher prices than other places around.

It's was good for a...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The staff . We checked in as a group of 12pax . Although we arrived separately but we have the same opinion about the woman at the reception . She's strict and not welcoming . Keeps reminding us of the policy . Also , the guy at the breakfast . Keeps hovering around each time we take food at the buffet . It's not comfortable for the guests . Again, they are not smiling either . Not what we called a welcoming ambience at this hotel . Anyway , it's just a 1 night stay for a new year party .
