Liked: Location - It is really good. There are many options for shopping and eating. During the night, it was quiet and nothing stressful.Staff - Super friendly. I love them.Facility - We were happy to have slippers ;>

Great but....

Liked: The hotel was clean. Great location and I chose it partly because it had a gym compared to another hotel at that price. The breakfast was fantastic and stuff really friendly. Thank you!
Disliked: I was given a room on the ground floor, initially concerned, how would the street noise be? It was so well soundproofed. I thought I had no worries. Then at 2:00 a.m. the laundry was collected from the restaurant in large sacks followed by bin men, taking stuff from the restaurant and a similar noise at 3:00 a.m. The gym that I'd hoped to use was being used by a fellow guest at 5:00 a.m. and I was rudely awoken to a hammering noise which I learnt when leaving to investigate was the treadmill. It was unbearable. The room should not be let to any other guest unless they are informed of these challenges.
