Liked: Location was great. Room was clean. Staff were helpful
Disliked: Bed was small. They were in the process of remodelling and there was a smell of paint and cigarettes in the room (we were on the fifth floor). It would have been nice to know this ahead of our visit. Also we were told there was 24 hour staff but twice we had to wait a while for someone else to come to the door. The day we left, we were also unable to use the lift which was annoying as we had to go down 5 flights with our suitcases.

The location was good, however...

Liked: Firstly, we were not provided with a Twin Room that was requested! The hotel is under renovation, which is not mentioned anywhere on the website. It was expensive for what it provided. The room was small but reasonably comfortable.
Disliked: That I was not provided with the room that I requested.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was very helpful. The room was new and very clean. The room is small but perfect for two people, the bathroom is perfect size. The location is amazing, super close the the Luxembourg gardens!
Disliked: Nothing
