Hôtel Perreyve is just outside the Luxembourg Gardens and a 10-minute walk from Montparnasse Train Station. It is set in a 1901 building and offers free Wi-Fi. Very good

Liked: Nice small hotel. Perfectly renovated room and bathroom. Great location next to Jardin du Luxembourg, just a 10 minutes walk to boulevard Saint Germain des Prés and boulevard Montmartre. Lots of shops in the Rue de Rennes and "Le Bon Marché". The Louvre just a 30 minutes walk.

Couples weekend in Paris

Liked: Location near jardin de Luxembourg, beautiful to get a walk in and coffee. Lovely cafes nearby for lunch. The property is currently being renovated to a beautiful clean chic style. Which is gorgeous. Very comfortable beds and extremely clean.
Disliked: Nothing to mention. Very friendly people.

Stylish room with lovely furnishings....

Liked: Lovely fittings in room. Sweet cafe room for breakfast downstairs. A small but functiong lift.
Disliked: No fridge in room or in a shared area. I had medication that needed to be cold. I left on balcony as weather was cool.Workman renovating stairs so a little noise .

Fantastic stay from the moment...

Liked: Only time I have ever rated a hotel 5 stars. This is a superb hotel just next to the green Jardin De Luxembourg within easy walking distance of many attractions and metro/RER connections. Rooms had just been decorated and were in order with good amenities. Breakfast was more than expected with drinks and food.
Disliked: Internet connection dropped from time to time.

Comfortable hotel in great location

Liked: Perfect location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Room size is big for Paris standards. Just steps away from the hotel, you’ll find several lovely cafes and restaurants
