During my recent stay, two deposits of $200 each, totaling $400, were taken as security for incidental charges. I was informed that the full amount would be refunded upon checkout, as I did not use any additional services or incur extra charges.However, I have only received a refund of $117, which is significantly less than the total deposited amount. This discrepancy has caused me considerable concern, as I was expecting the entire $400 to be returned.I kindly request that you investigate this issue and provide clarification on the missing funds. Liked: DTLA is sketchy but this hotel was worth it.
Disliked: The only complaint is that our phone didn't work and I couldn't order the bananas foster pancakes from room service!

Disliked: A Terrible Experience!!Nothing less than a nightmare. Upon entering the room, I was hit by a strong and unpleasant smell of food, as if I had stepped into a kitchen rather than a hotel room.The shower made unbearable noise, the water flowed slowly, and the room was in an unacceptable condition – full of dirt and disgusting, with a smell so bad that it was impossible to sleep in there!The most frustrating part was the staff’s attitude. When I approached them with complaints, I encountered complete indifference. The staff didn't care. They didn’t offer a real alternative, only suggested paying more money for another room, and of course, no compensation, leaving me feeling powerless.In 2 am, we asked the girl from the counter came to see that it was impossible to sleep in the room. She lied to our faces claiming that "there is no smell" and a second later she claimed that "it was the smell in all the rooms"In conclusion, if you want a pleasant and inviting experience, avoid this place at all costs. There are better options, and this is not the hotel you want to choose!
