Disliked: I didn't like that fact that I reserved my night and they could not find me in the system even though I had conformation through booking.com I had to wait for desk person to call upper management after alot of waiting and frustration they gave me a room and said they would sort it out with booking

Liked: Great, as usual. There's a reason we book Peppertree for friends and family when they visit, it's an awesome hotel.
Disliked: Not much! A little spendy, but you get what you pay for.
